2. Products and Services

• We sell leisure batteries and selected campervan parts suitable for various van conversions.
• We also offer basic installation services, including fitting leisure batteries, wiring, and small accessories.
• All products are new unless clearly stated otherwise.

3. Ordering

• Orders can be placed online via www.surfcrafts.co.uk
• All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
• Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. This does not signify our acceptance of your order, but a confirmation we have received it.

4. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT (where applicable).
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Pricing errors may result in cancellation or amendment of your order.
• Payment is due in full at the time of ordering.

5. Delivery

• We deliver throughout the UK. Some areas may incur additional delivery charges (e.g. Highlands or Islands).
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on stock and courier performance.
• Please inspect goods on arrival. Any damage must be reported to us within 48 hours.

6. Installation Services

• Installation appointments must be booked in advance and confirmed via email or phone.
• We reserve the right to decline installations we deem unsafe or beyond our scope of work.
• The customer must ensure the vehicle is accessible and in a suitable location for work to be carried out.

7. Cancellations and Returns

For Products:

• You have 14 days from receipt of goods to cancel and return your order (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013).
• Items must be unused and returned in original packaging. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

For Installations:

• Appointments cancelled within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee.
• No refunds are offered for services once installation has begun, unless the work is faulty or incomplete.

8. Warranty

• FOGSTAR leisure batteries come with a manufacturer’s warranty. Please retain proof of purchase.
• Warranty claims must be made directly to us unless otherwise instructed.

9. Liability

• We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our products or services.
• We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation not carried out by us.

10. Intellectual Property

• All content on this website, including images, logos, and text, is the property of SurfCrafts and may not be reproduced without permission.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and interpreted according to the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
